Who is Exco?

As leaders anointed by God and elected by the members of VCF, the EXCO has to be involved in:

  • Spiritual Leadership of the ministry, directing it according to God’s will and leading it to fulfill the vision of the ministry, while preserving the doctrinal purity of the ministry. This also includes personal spiritual disciplines such as the study of God’s word and prayer.
  • Overall Planning & Coordination of all the various ministries in the faculties, halls and standing committees. As overall leaders, EXCO has to anticipate issues faced by the Fellowship and plan ahead.
  • Official Representation as the leadership recognized by the authorities (such as the Registrar of Societies, NUS, OSA, etc.). EXCO is the group ultimately accountable for all the actions of the ministry in relation to external organizations.
