The PRC camp is an annual camp co-organized by VCF and MOE for the china students who are on scholarship to study in Singapore in NUS. The International Friendship Group will be running the programs for the camp, which will be filled with games, a good time of fellowship and bond-building with the PRCs. It is a privilege and by God’s grace that VCF is given this opportunity to interact with the Chinese students during the camp even though it will be non-evangelistic in nature. What makes the PRC camp so significant then, for VCF, is that it will act as a platform for VCF to invite these Chinese students whom the CFers will interact and cultivate friendships with during the camp for activities organized by IFG during the coming semester like the English Speaking Corner (ESC),and hopefully we will be able to spread the good news to them should chances arise. IFG will also be holding an evangelistic event after the PRC camp for those PRCs who may be interested in Christianity.
So, what are you waiting for? Join the PRC camp today!
Date: 26-27 December 2005

For those of you who missed the last FT, here’s a preview of this year’s AnnTIC t-shirt design (click it for a larger preview). The t-shirt will be available to campers for the low price of $10, while non-campers are welcome to order the t-shirt for a mere $12.
The early-bird deadline for registration has been extended to 20 October 2005, so if you haven’t already signed up, click the link on the right and do so quickly! Signing up early will help the committee in its planning and organising of the camp, and will also save you a cool twenty dollars.
If you’ve already signed up, please note that you have to hand in the $50 deposit to any AnnTIC comm member by 25 October. The comm needs the dough to go with the flow, so do away with the funny and show them the money!
Finally, for all the little ladies out there, another t-shirt size has been added: XS. Weighing in at a sweet 36″, this t-shirt mini is just the thing if you’re of the petite type. Each size from S to L increases the shoulder measurement by 2″, with the XL topping out at 44″, so bear that in mind when you note down your size preference on the form.
If you have any queries, comments or such, please email the AnnTIC comm secretary, Lin Yinbing, and she will do her best to address your concerns promptly.
That’s all for now and we now return you to your regularly scheduled programming.
